One day workshop led by Kate Hill and hosted by Erika Lynch of Babettes Table, held at the Mad River Food Lab, Waitsfield, VT..  An excellent opportunity to hone skills, learn new ones, and enjoying the opportunity to network with like minded Grrls. One day workshop fees include: 2 workshops, one lunches, workshop supporting materials.  $375 for non-members; $295 for members of Grrls Meat Camp (Grrls Meat Camp membership information here!)
