March 3 & 4, 2018- Grrls Meat Camp "Cut & Cook Workshops" feature Butchery Skills, Charcuterie, Food Safety & Business for Women. This will be our focus on this 2 day workshop led by Kate Hill and hosted by Erika Lynch of Babettes Table, held at the Mad River Food Lab, Waitsfield, VT..  An excellent opportunity to hone skills, learn new ones, and enjoying the opportunity to network with like minded Grrls. Workshop Fees include: 4 workshops, two lunches, workshop supporting materials.  $650 for 2 days; $550 for members of Grrls Meat Camp (Grrls Meat Camp membership information here!)
